We service two types of extensions: Telephone and ADSL sockets. Our service includes fit and supply of telephone extension products. It also encompasses fault-finding, relocation, and disconnection of any existing telephone extensions. You may also purchase products directly from us via telephone or mail order. This may be extended further by arrangement.

As an example, BT (British Telecom) is one of our competitors. To install a telephone extension they charge for an engineer site visit as well as the telephone extension. The site vist costs £64.63 and a single extension costs £45.83. Each additional socket costs a further £45.83. Therefore, a single telephone extension will cost you £110.46, including VAT. Our price for a single extension using identical components is normally £29.99 (including VAT) - less than one third of BT's price.

This means we will Ring Ahead before our visit and one of our administrative colleagues will Ring After the visit to ensure you are satisfied with the service.

MAINTENANCE

Maintenance contracts are available and can be customised to your requirements. Our typical contract includes next working day support and one site visit per year. During the site visit we inspect all telephone extensions and correct any faults. We can also accommodate emergency response contracts and be with you as soon as is physically possible. Unlimited maintenance contracts start from just £20 per year (or put another way, piece of mind for just 5 pence per day), including VAT.

SUBCONTRACT

We can also undertake subcontracting work for businesses that have an increased demand in service requests or who require a physical presence within Central Scotland. We have experience with all types of companies - small, medium, and large.
